Jason wants to live in a world where whole food meals, exercise and meditation are prescribed to sick people.
As a trainer/coach, he’s been a student of great instructors and master teachers in both mind and body disciplines.
When he’s not training people to be stronger, smarter and faster, you can find him a father, husband and an adventurous soul who likes to climb things and lift heavy objects.
After recently finishing a certification with Westside Barbell and a master training with Parayoga, he discovered that he knows about enough to realize that he knows very little. A wonderful reminder to always have a white belt mentality.
Grateful for the opportunity to take on the challenge of running the group fitness program at Profitness Northwest, he’s excited to collaborate and be a part of the Profitness family.
