Personal training can be a deeply rewarding and surprisingly enriching experience. Our mature, compassionate, knowledgeable, intuitive, focused, and passionate trainers are able to develop the right program for you at your current fitness level and guide you safely to the next.

Personal training begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss your exercise and activity history, your current level of fitness and current exercise routines as well as your fitness goals. Next, at your first session, your personal trainer will take you through a one hour evaluation to determine the appropriate starting point for your new program based on your current movement patterns, abilities, and fitness level. From that point your adventure begins!

Your personal trainer will work with you to develop your program to accommodate your personal needs and lifestyle. Whether you want your trainer to simply write a routine for you to do independently or you want to train with your trainer six days a week or some combination in between, your personal trainer can develop the program that is right for you.
