I will guide you, challenge you, and motivate you through workouts tailored to reach your goals. Exercise is for everyone, and finding something that you love to do is critical.
I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer at ProFitness Northwest and Certified Health Coach with Take Shape for Life. I will help you find what works for you and together we can shape your body, mind and soul into your best version of yourself.
I grew up as a competitive tennis player and that fueled my passion for strength and endurance training. It taught me the value of hard work, practice and most of all patience. As a busy mom, exercise and the gym are my outlets.
Nine years ago, in 2004, I started working with a Personal Trainer, Chad Morris, this was by far the best Health decision I have made. I truly had no idea the impact it would have on my life. Mentally and physically it was a gift. My trainer and I worked on Broad based general fitness and in 2008 I ran my 1st half marathon. I love Olympic lifting, working on my 1RM Deadlift, improving my cardiovascular capacity and the challenge of constantly varied workouts.
Aside from fitness, I like to spend my time relaxing and cooking for family and friends, traveling and checking out new places to hike and mountain bike, and motor cycle riding as a passenger.
I turned 50 this past year and am looking forward sharing my passions for an active healthy lifestyle with others as a personal trainer.
