We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.[/su_quote]

As our name suggests, we believe that full fitness is experienced by encouraging focus on 10 individual points. CrossFit adequately addresses all points of fitness, in fun, functional and exciting workouts.

The 10 Points of Fitness

CrossFit Means Community

At 10 Point CrossFit, you can expect to be a part of a community of people who are all on their own fitness journey. We will all work together as a team to ensure that every participant is supported physically, mentally, and emotionally in order to provide you with the most fulfilling fitness experience.
