Bekah

Bekah Robitaille is a mom, partner, coach and athlete in training always! Ever since Bekah could walk she has been involved in moving and playing hard. Her mother, enrolled her in a mommy and me gymnastics class at 18 months and it was love at first try, or fall maybe. Bekah worked hard and practiced enough to compete in gymnastics at a state and national level through her high school years , The gym was her home away from home. Bekah ended her gymnastics career at Sehome High School under the guidance and mentor of Nola Ayres.

It was clear to Bekah at an early age that she loved being involved in athletics and movement and thoroughly enjoyed helping others at it so after graduating high school Bekah started college and coaching gymnastics at North Coast Gymnastics (formerly Leading Edge) as well. Bekah continued to coach throughout college, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in movement studies. Currently Bekah is the Team Director and Optional Team Coach at North Coast Gymnastics. Bekah is blessed to be able to share the knowledge of health and fitness, discipline, strength, mental toughness, time management and fun to the young gymnasts at the gym. Bekah holds true that what we are willing to put into something is what we are going to get out of it. We may not be the best, but if we are willing to try our best, our self-confidence and ability to take on challenges in life will increase tenfold.

Bekah is ecstatic to join Pro Fitness Northwest as a personal trainer. Bekah has had the pleasure of knowing Chad Morris for several years and feels blessed to call him friend and mentor. Bekah has had the opportunity to train athletes, former athletes, non-

athletes, moms, friends and family in and out of the gym for years as a coach, group fitness instructor and friend. Bekah has experience with all fitness levels and ages and finds her true fulfillment in being able to train others and watch them progress to their true inner athlete.

Bekah’s other passions involve kick boxing, weight training, running, hiking, sun bathing (when the sun decides to peak its head out) and relaxing with her family and dog Maya and sharing precious moments with extended family and friends.
